Account identity received from the authentication service, organisation and contact information, marketplace activity, procurement baskets, RFQs, quotations, approvals, orders, logistics events, invoices, support communications and uploaded business files.

How information is used

To operate business accounts, supplier onboarding, catalogue, procurement, fulfilment, delivery visibility, finance records, support, administration, analytics and security controls.

Public and private information

Approved product and supplier information may be public. Transactions, negotiated prices, purchase orders, invoices, settlements, internal stock, uploaded documents and administrative records are private to authorised roles.

Authentication and files

Passwords are not collected by Sprint Wholesale forms. Supported platform authentication identifies users. Private file retrieval applies organisation ownership and role checks.

Responsible submission

Do not submit unnecessary identity documents, passwords, banking credentials or payment-card data. The platform does not make unsupported legal guarantees about retention or regulatory status.
